By downloading or using AssembleCam ("汇摄影", "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

下载或使用 AssembleCam（汇摄影，「本应用」）即表示您同意本用户协议及隐私政策。如不同意，请勿使用本应用。

1. License / 许可

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

我们授予您有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的个人非商业使用许可，仅限在您拥有或控制的设备上使用。

2. Acceptable Use / 合理使用

• Do not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App without permission / 未经许可不得逆向、修改或再分发本应用
• Do not misuse exports for illegal or harmful purposes / 不得将导出内容用于违法或有害用途
• Do not interfere with purchases, ads, or entitlement systems / 不得干扰购买、广告或权益系统
• Respect others’ privacy when capturing or sharing media / 拍摄与分享时请尊重他人隐私

3. Media & Your Content / 媒体与您的内容

You retain rights to media you create. Processing happens on your device. You are responsible for how you capture, edit, export, and share content.

您保留自行创作媒体的权利。处理在本机完成。您对拍摄、编辑、导出与分享行为自行负责。

4. Purchases & Subscriptions / 购买与订阅

China storefront: After free export allowances, optional non-consumable unlocks for modules or an all-tools pack. No ads.

中国区： 免费导出次数用尽后，可选择买断单模块或总包。不上广告。

International storefronts: Optional rewarded ads for a single export; auto-renewable subscriptions may unlock tools and remove ads. Billing is handled by Apple. Cancel anytime in App Store subscription settings. Unused free trial (if any) is forfeited when you purchase.

国外商店： 可用激励广告换单次导出；自动续订订阅可解锁工具并去广告。账单由 Apple 处理。可随时在 App Store 订阅设置中取消。若有试用，购买后剩余试用期可能失效（以商店规则为准）。

Restore purchases via the App Store on a new device. We do not operate a separate account wallet.

换机请通过 App Store 恢复购买。我们不运营独立账号钱包。

5. Advertisements / 广告

International builds may display Google AdMob rewarded ads and related consent / ATT prompts. China storefront builds do not include ads.

国外构建可能展示 Google AdMob 激励广告及相关同意/ATT 提示。中国区构建不含广告。

6. ID Photo Disclaimer / 证件照免责

ID photo tools are a layout and background-replace aid only. We do not guarantee acceptance by any government or commercial agency.

证件照功能仅辅助排版与换底，不保证被任何机关或商业机构受理。

7. Intellectual Property / 知识产权

The App, branding (AssembleCam / 汇摄影), and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

本应用、品牌（AssembleCam / 汇摄影）及相关材料归我们或授权方所有，未经许可不得复制或分发。

8. Disclaimer / 免责声明

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

本应用按「现状」提供，不作任何明示或暗示保证，包括特定用途适用性或不间断可用。

9. Limitation of Liability / 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost media that you did not back up.

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用产生的间接、附带或后果性损害负责，包括您未备份而丢失的媒体。

10. Changes / 变更

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

我们可能随时更新本协议，变更后继续使用即视为接受。
