This Privacy Policy describes how AssembleCam ("汇摄影", "we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (Bundle ID: com.lixiao.app.cameratool).

本隐私政策说明 AssembleCam（汇摄影，「我们」或「本应用」）在您使用移动应用（Bundle ID：com.lixiao.app.cameratool）时如何收集、使用与共享信息。

1. Core Principles / 核心原则

• Fully offline by design — Photos, videos, and drafts stay on your device. We do not operate a cloud album or send your media to our servers.
  完全单机 — 照片、视频与草稿只留在您的设备。我们不做云相册，也不把素材传到我们的服务器。
• No account system — The App does not require registration or login.
  无账号体系 — 本应用不要求注册或登录。
• Purchases via the store — In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple / Google; we do not receive your payment card details.
  购买由商店处理 — 内购与订阅由 Apple / Google 处理，我们不获取您的支付卡信息。

2. Device Permissions / 设备权限

• Camera — Capture photos and videos; dual capture; ID photo framing; optional selfie with fill light.
  相机 — 拍照录像、前后双录、证件照取景；补光时可边补光边自拍。
• Microphone — Record audio with video when you choose to capture sound.
  麦克风 — 仅在您选择录制带声音的视频时使用。
• Photo Library — Import media into tools and save / share exports to your library.
  相册 — 导入素材到工具，以及将结果保存/分享到系统相册。
• Location — Used only when you add place / GPS watermark components, to burn text into the image on device. We do not continuously track you or upload location history.
  定位 — 仅在您添加地点/经纬水印组件时用于本机烧进画面。我们不会持续追踪或上传位置历史。
• App Tracking Transparency (ATT) — On international builds with ads, iOS may ask for tracking permission for personalized ads. You can decline and still use the App with non-personalized ads.
  应用跟踪透明度 — 国外含广告构建可能请求 ATT；拒绝后仍可使用应用（非个性化广告）。

Fill-light lamp mode does not require the camera. / 补光灯「灯」模式不需要相机。

3. Information We May Process / 可能处理的信息

• On-device media — Processed locally for capture, editing, and export; not uploaded to our servers.
  本机媒体 — 拍摄、编辑与导出均在本地完成，不上传到我们的服务器。
• Device / app settings — Language preference, tool settings, and entitlement flags stored on device.
  设备与应用设置 — 语言、工具偏好与权益标记保存在本机。
• Advertising identifiers (international builds) — IDFA / similar identifiers when you grant permission, used by Google AdMob for ads and measurement.
  广告标识符（国外构建）— 在您授权后，由 Google AdMob 用于广告展示与效果衡量。
• Purchase receipts — Verified via the platform store / StoreKit for unlocks and subscriptions; no media content is attached.
  购买凭证 — 通过平台商店/StoreKit 校验解锁与订阅，不附带媒体内容。

4. Third-Party Services / 第三方服务

• Apple App Store / StoreKit — Distribution, purchases, restore, and subscriptions.
  分发、购买、恢复购买与订阅。
• Google AdMob — Rewarded ads on international (non–China storefront) builds. China storefront builds do not show ads.
  国外（非中国区商店）构建的激励广告。中国区构建不上广告。
• Google UMP / SKAdNetwork — Consent and privacy-preserving ad attribution where applicable.
  适用地区的广告同意与隐私保护归因。

5. How We Use Information / 信息用途

• Provide capture, editing, and export features on your device / 在本机提供拍摄、编辑与导出功能
• Process purchases and restore entitlements via the store / 通过商店处理购买与恢复权益
• Show and measure rewarded ads on international builds / 在国外构建展示与衡量激励广告
• Respond to support emails you send us / 回复您主动发送的支持邮件

6. Data Sharing / 数据共享

We do not sell your personal information. Media stays on your device unless you export or share it yourself. Purchase and ad-related data may be processed by Apple and Google only as needed to operate those services.

我们不会出售您的个人信息。媒体留在您的设备上，除非您自行导出或分享。购买与广告相关数据可能由 Apple、Google 在提供服务所必需的范围内处理。

7. Your Choices / 您的选择

• Permissions: Revoke camera, mic, photos, or location in system Settings.
  可在系统设置中关闭相机、麦克风、相册或定位权限。
• ATT / ads: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
  设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 跟踪 / Apple 广告。
• Subscriptions: Manage or cancel in App Store subscriptions.
  可在 App Store 订阅管理中取消或变更。

8. Children's Privacy / 儿童隐私

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。

9. Changes / 变更

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Policy.

我们可能更新本政策；顶部更新日期会随之变化。更新后继续使用即视为接受修订后的政策。
